Our most premium cut of beef. Taken from the finest grass-fed cattle at Coopers Livestock, this fillet is naturally matured for deep flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Perfect for pan-searing, grilling, or a special occasion dinner - no frills, just quality.

Quantity
  • Bring your fillet steak to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot pan with a splash of oil for 2–3 minutes each side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy and tender.

  • We deliver anywhere in the UK, so your order can come right to your doorstep — or you're welcome to collect it in person if that suits you better!
