Aged for depth and hand-trimmed with care, our 8oz Fillet Steak is a real treat. Cut from the least-worked muscle, it’s prized for its melt-in-the-mouth texture. Best cooked fast and hot — pan-seared or grilled — then rested well. Ideal for date nights, Sunday indulgence, or simply when only the best will do.

 

Once thawed, do not re-freeze.

  • Take your fillet out of the fridge 30–60 minutes before cooking to bring it up to room temperature. Sear in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes each side for medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes. A knob of butter and a sprig of thyme in the pan won’t go amiss.

  • We deliver anywhere in the UK, so your order can come right to your doorstep — or you're welcome to collect it in person if that suits you better!
